Mariah Gratz is an owner and former CEO of Weyland Ventures. During her tenure as CEO, Gratz led Weyland Ventures through a period of significant growth and diversification, expanding the company’s capabilities in real estate development, hospitality, asset management, and consulting.
Gratz was named a Louisville Business First “Power 50” in 2023 and “Most Admired CEO” in 2021. In 2023, Family Business Magazine included her in their list of “10 Transformational Women in Family Business.”
Gratz studied biomedical engineering at both Washington University in St. Louis and Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (London, England). She earned her MBA from UNC at Chapel Hill.
