The Finance Committee has general supervision over the finances, investments, and budget of the Foundation.

The Investment Subcommittee oversees the Foundation’s investments.

Audit, Compliance, & Risk Management

The Audit Committee is responsible for the annual financial audit of the Foundation, its various IRS filings, and a review of conflict of interest statements.

Compensation

The Compensation Committee is responsible for reviewing all forms of compensation and benefits provided to the Chief Executive of the Foundation and other members of the Foundation’s executive management team.

Governance & Nominating

The Governance and Nominating Committee periodically reviews the Foundation’s organizing documents and those establishing its relationship with the University. The Committee will also recommend new policies for the Foundation and qualified candidates to serve on the Board.
