John Hollenbach is Managing Partner of Hollenbach Oakley, a full-service commercial real estate development and project management firm, where he has helped shape Greater Louisville through major commercial developments, including Eastpoint Business Center, Blankenbaker Station Business Park, Oldham Reserve, Simpsonville Commons, and Lynn Family Stadium. He also co-founded Horizon Commercial Realty in 2006, a full-service brokerage, property management, and investment firm with over 2 million square feet of office, medical, retail, and industrial assets currently under management. A University of Kentucky graduate, John is active in civic leadership, serving on boards including the Louisville Economic Development Alliance, Impetus for a Better Louisville, and the University of Louisville Board of Trustees. He is also a Leadership Louisville and Bingham Fellows alum.
