Jake Smith is General Counsel and Senior Vice President of the Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, a real estate development firm consisting of approximately 180 employees, and having over $500 million in assets under management, $575 million in projects currently under construction, and over $1.1 billion in projects in the pipeline throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
Previously, he was an attorney in the real estate development, financing, and transactions group at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs. Smith received a BS in Economics and a JD from the University of Louisville.
