Christy Ames is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Republic Bank & Trust Company. Prior to joining Republic, she was a partner with Stites & Harbison where she represented local, regional, and national bank and nonbank financial institutions. Ames serves on the YPAL Advisory Council, ELEVATE Women’s Leadership Council, and the Louisville Business First Bizwomen Leadership Council.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisville, where she was Student Body President and Student Trustee.
