Brian Lavin serves as Executive Chairman of NTS Capital, its subsidiaries and affiliates. In this role, he oversees all strategic initiatives. For over 60 years, NTS (a Louisville-based company) has developed a wide range of residential and commercial properties.
Brian currently serves on the board and executive committee of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority. Previously, he served on the board of directors of the Louisville Science Center, Louisville Ballet, Greater Louisville, Inc., National Multi-Housing Council, Louisville Apartment Association, Louisville Olmsted Parks Conservancy, Inc., and the Inquiry Commission for the Kentucky Bar Association.
