Becky Phillips brings 35 years of leadership in strategy, governance, finance, and organizational management. She currently serves as CFO for the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville, advising on strategic direction, resource use, and governance. Previously, she was Partner and Not‑for‑Profit & Government Services Team Leader at MCM CPAs & Advisors (now Cherry Bekaert), where she led audits for nonprofits and local governments and helped shape firm strategy as an equity partner and Executive Committee member.
Becky chairs the Delta Dental Foundation, is treasurer for Everent Health, and sits on the boards of Delta Dental of Kentucky, Hosparus Health, and the U.S. Bank Advisory Board. A past president of the Kentucky Society of CPAs and the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy, she holds both a Bachelor’s and MBA from the University of Louisville.
